Diagnosehardware wird nicht erkannt

Guten Morgen,

 

seit dem letzten Windowsupdate wird meine Diagnosehardware "OBD-DIAG expert 4000" von meinem PC leider nicht mehr erkannt.

Für mich sieht es so aus, als hätte Windows die Treiber deinstalliert und die Hardware wird jetzt nicht mehr erkannt...

 

 

Ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung beim einstecken der Hardware.

Eine Neuinstallation von Carport habe ich mittlerweile schon versucht...

hast du das Interface mit einer CD bekommen oder ohne?
