Licence from eBay - wrong E-Mail address connected

Hi, I bought carport software and licence from eBay from Sjk-digital. 
 

received a self burned cd, the activation code via mail later after escalation. Now, after activation I see the wrong e-Mail from sjk-digital. As I bought a full version, I need my own e-Mail registered.

 

1. how can I ensure, that this is no fraud?

2. how can I register my own e-Mail?
